a secure web application that allows A2Z clients to login and register their technical issue via a ticket system. A2Z engineers are able to look for outstanding
The system also contains a customer relationship
management tool that allows A2Z to maintain
client information and contact details.
In addition the system contains a knowldege
base that allows A2Z Engineers and A2Z clients
to search for solutions to more common problems.
